My daughter was so sweet to surprise me with this sweet Healthy Lung Birthday Cake for my quarantine birthday this year.
As you may already know, I’m a lung patient, an Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Survivor, and as such a very vulnerable person right now during COVID 19 self isolation pandemic. Because she knows how much my lungs suffer every single day, especially now that we have to stay extra cautious with the pandemic and social distancing, she decided to make me this super sweet, so yummy & tasty lung cake!
