Do you like to be able to color your chocolate? π¨π«
Have you ever noticed what happens when you try to color chocolate with liquid food coloring?π
Yeah it’s not good!πͺ You see when liquid hits chocolate makes the chocolate change its composition and it becomes more like a moose rather than a hard chocolate. π€―π
So the trick is if you need to color your chocolate use food coloring that comes in a gel form rather than a liquid form.π
The gel will not change the composition of the chocolate like the liquid does. π₯°
Which means you can change the color of your chocolate and still end up with a nice crisp clean chocolate that you can use for molding.πππ
