Who doesn’t LOVE a Rainbow Cake! It’s so much fun to celebrate a special birthday with a birthday cake that you cut into and get a rainbow layer cake on the inside!

I love Rainbow cakes so much! They are just fun and happy cakes to share with those you love. This one is a cute cake that dear Rosanna Pansino made with the cutest unicorn on top. Ro is such a dear caker, she’s just too cute and so much fun to learn from. She’s famous for her Nerdy Nummies YouTube videos. Here is my favourite Rainbow Cakes from Ro!

This one is super cute too! Unlike how Rosanna made a rainbow cake by colouring the cake layers, this youtuber coloured the icing instead. Pretty cool right! It’s just so pretty!

Or how about this double rainbow cake! Rainbow on the inside and out!
